Made from Billet aluminum with a steel insert, this flywheel is basically indestructable under most conditions. A good upgrade for those who want max performance from their car and are doing a clutch package at the same time. |

24 owners, 0 comments A good alternative to buying a new lightweight flywheel, this process removes some extra weight from your stock flywheel. You have the choice on how much so its very customizeable. Only downside is the lightening process may or may not decrease the strength of the flywheel, so you may or may not have problems down the road. This is where a good lightweight flywheel from a reputable company comes into play. |

At 6.5lbs lighter than the stock Duratec flywheel (21 lbs.) it’s a good mid point between the stock unit and the ultralight Fidanza Flywheel. Made from Billet Aluminum and steel, it’s a durable unit that will not selfdestruct under aggressive driving conditions. |

26 owners, 0 comments Found on the SVT Contour, this flywheel is slightly lighter than the stock Duratec flywheel (21 lbs. vs 20 lbs.). This allows the car to rev quicker because of the decrease in rotational mass on the drivetrain. This is a good mod of you get a deal on the flywheel, but with such a slight difference in weight, money could be better spent elsewhere. |
